Update, December 13th:

Well folks, it's been a little while since the accident. I've not forgotten about or but I will say that I've been going forward in life for the past couple months with the Model A on hold. With moving here to Arkansas, and having to buy a new truck and get back on my feet financially, it made it's way to the back burner. I am currently building motorized bikes styled after turn-of-the-century board track racers, early motorcycles built for speed and danger! I plan to live here in Arkansas with my girlfriend Pip until we can save up some money, and make trips here and there to work on the car eventually (which is stored at my parents' house in Tennessee.) no word from insurance, but it is likely that I will get an attorney to try and speed things up, and to hopefully have a better chance at winning this battle. One great thing that is happening tomorrow, Pip and I will be driving to Wichita Falls, TX to pick up a bunch of parts from a fellow named Jim Adams. He is an incredibly generous man, and is donating a whole lot of parts to get the car back on the road. Jim, you are helping so much and your kindness is greatly appreciated! I cannot wait until we can start putting the car back together, but we must leave it alone so we can get more comfortable in life, and also to wait and hear about liability before taking it apart.
